Kitchen
The bespoke kitchen is fully equipped and contains a large wooden dinning table to seat up to 6 people. The outdoor area can be accessed via a door in the kitchen for easy alfresco dining.

Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed with bespoke bedroom furniture and en suite facilities that include a wet room finished in natural lime stone tiles.
The twin room has twin beds that can be linked together to provide a Super King size bed. (Please request this option at time of booking if required).
There is a purpose built wardrobe and draws for each guest.
All our mattresses are pocket sprung and have luxury Egyptian cotton 400 count bedding to increase your comfort and ensure good nights sleep.
Each bedroom has a hair dryer provided
Bathroom
The main bathroom has been tastefully furnished with modern fittings natural limestone tiles on the floor and walls. There is a toilet, wash hand basin along with a bath and a separate shower/wet room area that can be used for people that use wheel chairs. (A Shower chair can be arranged if requested at time of booking).
Luxury bath sheets and hand towels are provided for each person staying. A hand towel is provided in each bathroom.
Lounge
The lounge is a large spacious room that has retained some wonderful original features like the exposed stone wall. There is a jotul wood burner for those cosy winter evenings. (We supply the first basket of logs free and more can be purchased on request.)
There is a large 47 inch flat screen TV with Free Sat and a HD DVD player.
The building has a wired network and WI FI access.
There is good reception for Orange and T -mobile.
In the lounge there are two real leather sofas. One of these can be converted to a bed settee that will sleep two. The mattress to the bed settee is also pocket sprung for extra comfort. (Please request at time of booking if the bed settee will be required).
An outside area can be accessed through doors in the lounge where outside seating is provided and the spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed setting behind the surrounding hills.
Outside
Each accommodation is provided with a 6 seater patio set and BBQ for alfresco dining with ample garden area and grounds to enjoy.
The river can easily be accessed via a short walk aprox 50 meters away, down the drive and across a small field. The area is fenced with a gate but it is not always closed so guests with young children must be aware.
The river is easily reached from the field so our guesst may enjoy paddling, canoeing etc. There is a field adjacent to the river that guests can use for their own recreation.
There is off road parking for 2 cars with garage space for 1.
